There is no maximum age limit for being an attorney. As long as one remains active and pays the dues, they can continue to work. There may be an issue if they were to lose their mental facilities, but the clients usually stop coming at that point.

There is no particular age limit but as it takes several years to qualify most attorneys would probably be in their early to mid twenties if they went straight to college from high school.

In the US they will have to finish college and law school. Generally it is around the age of 25, but it could be younger if they shortcut through school.
