I heard you have to be 135cm in England.
at age five
No, even though the kid is tAll there is still a big danger risk. They should always be in a booster or carseat.
You have to be 140cm
A child should be at least 4 feet 9 inches tall to safely use a booster seat.
i think 4feet 2inces and a half
Until you're tall enough.
To get out a booster seat you have to be at least 4 feet 9 inches
In the UK, children must use a booster seat until they are 135 cm (4 feet 5 inches) tall or until they reach the age of 12, whichever comes first. Once they meet either of these criteria, they can sit in a regular car seat without a booster. It's important for safety that the vehicle's seat belt fits properly across the child's shoulder and lap. Always check the specific regulations and guidelines, as they may vary.
i think it is when they are 1.3m tall or 13
I would say you have to be at least 8 years old but then again it depends how tall you are. i your over 8 and you can't see out the window then you might still need the booster seat which is fine however, if your under 8 but your way taller and you can see out the window then i don't see why you can't get rid of your booster seat.
Eight
The maximum weight limit for a booster seat without a back is typically around 40-50 pounds.
