In several respects, the alcohol consumption of his victims aided the Ripper's cause. Alcohol is a depressant, it lowers inhabitions, distorts perception, and depending on the amount, effects coordination and slows reactions. JTR's victims were street-wise and no doubt, cynical. The ability to judge a person's character was for them, stock and trade. After a few drinks, their ability to descern a dangerous individual may not have been as sharp. Impaired motor function and reaction time would make the victims much easier to overcome, especially if they had drank enough alcohol to make them unsteady on their feet. If eyewitness accounts are correct, most, if not all of the victims were in various stages of intoxication. One of the victims, just hours prior to her murder, was arrested for being drunk in public. It is anybody's guess whether their fates would have been any different had they been sober, but without a doubt, their drunken state did make them easier targets for the likes of Jack The Ripper.

He has a love of women and so as Jack the Ripper. He is a doctor and highly educated and Jack the Ripper uses medicine to kill his victims and cut off their body parts. For me it's 70 percent the Jose is Jack the Ripper. As per discussion it is highly unlikely that Rizal would be JTR. JTR had a hatred for women which is evident in his murders. He had to blend in to the east end and I doubt a person of hispanic decent would blend in at all. It is also evident from the butchered bodies of his victims that JTR had no special medical training and there has never been any evidence that would indicate the killer used medicine to kill his victims. Their throats were slit, almost to the point of decapitation, and then the were gutted like a fish. This is not the work of someone who loves women.

Cloaks were popular men's wear in the Victorian Age so I can imagine that is where the cloak and top hat image came from. Unless a bloody cloak was left at one of the crime scenes there would be know way to tell what the Ripper wore. In all probability, the Ripper would have worn clothes that would have let him blend in. The alternative would have been detection.
