As of right now you need to have at least 100 hours... But the thing is i have 75 hours and i get my license on wednesday...But i finished drivers ed last January and the laws changed in Febuary so if you didnt get your permit of finish drivers ed by Febuary of 2008 you will need 100 hours. They also have just recently changed the laws in October of 2008 that if you have not completed your last behind the wheel by October of 2008 then you are required to take 6 hours observation where you just sit in the back of the car and watch somebody else drive!!! So if you got ur permit or finished drivers ed and all of the behind the wheel's by Febuary of 2008 then none of these new laws apply to you!!!
