I have been wrongfully accused of cheating in the exam. I left blank papers like 30 pages of blank A4 papers and unfortunately one of my handwritten revision notes manage to get caught inb between.?

Explain to the examination board this, they should, by law, let you retake the test. I don't know of any law that would require them to allow you to retake the test. Present your argument to the examination board and explain how this happened. I would also recommend looking into any student handbooks, or examination procedures at the place you took the exam.
