If a prosecutor was trying a case and the judge was obviously biased against the accused and allowed many errors to occur that resulted in a violation of due process should the prosecutor be thankful?

This question is purely subjective and and a definitive answer can not be delivered.

If the judge was as openly biased as is alleged and allowed a lot of errors to occur, then the defense has great grounds for a mis-trial. This would not be a thing that the prosecutor would necessarily rejoice over.
