That question is moot, because homosexuality cannot be from a completely genetic cause. In studies done on identical twins, only half of the other twins of gay men were homosexual. If homosexuality were completely genetic, then all of the twins would have been homosexual.

Besides, genetic predispositions are not protected in the Constitution.
