A jury trial is a legal trial in which the defendant's guilt or innocence is determined by a group of twelve average members of the community instead of a judge. I suppose a jury trail is the path a jury takes on their way to the court room. ;)

i believe it if affirmative that it is a judge who is in charge of a trial
both, team- if you are racing individual- if you are trail riding
No such thing... If the question is, "What is a court trial?" the answer could be a trial by judge, without a jury, where the judge is both the trier of fact and renders judgment.

A person in charge of the trail is typically called a trail manager or trail supervisor. This individual is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and accessibility of the trail, ensuring it meets the needs of users. They may also coordinate volunteer efforts, manage resources, and promote conservation efforts related to the trail.

OMG i can not figure this out either.... I've been trying to figure it out but the closest I get are the jury!
