In some states you may have to be 18 but in most if you are pregnant no matter age you can get married. In MOST states, pregnant or not, parental consent is still required if you are under the age of 18. There are A VERY FEW states that do not require parental consent if you are pregnant. Now the question is are you a resident of one of those states.
