All assets and all liabilities aere included in your BK. You cannot pick and chose what is. EVERYTHING is.

If you inherit money, or something of value, or earn it, or win it, or get it as some bonus for doing something, whatever way you come buy it...it is included and may be used to satisfy your debts.

But that's true without BK...this money is and should be used to pay your obligations. You just spent it before receiving it.
