If you got charged and didn't hear anything about a trial and then got arrested again for the same thing over a year later what do i do then?

Not enough info to answer the question. Need to know what 'legally' happened to the first charge. If the second time you were arrested, was for that SAME offense, or did you just 'do it again' and got caught again? Re-word and re-submit.
