I have been looking up the same question except im in Florida. It seems to me that as long as it is ok with your home state and the state you are passing through then it is ok. BUT that means that you have check the DMV of every state you are passing through to see if you can do it or not.
You can only drive in the state where the learners permit was issued.
No. A Georgia permit is only good in Georgia.
No, you cannot.
No.

No. Florida will allow US permit holders from other states to drive in their state, but not foreign nationals on a foreign learner's permit.
Yes, you can drive to Georgia with a temproary permit. However if your under 16, you must be accompanied by your mother, father and certified driving instructor. If you are 16, you can drive with any licensed driver over 21.
Can you drive in Georgia with a Florida's learner permit with a 21 year old valid florida drivers license?
Only if you are with someone who is over 21
It is legal to cross state lines having only a learners permit IF you abide by the original rules that you follow in your state.
well in florida if u drive alone with a learners permit you will have ur drivers license suspended for up to six months...............so don't do it
Anyone with a learner's permit from Maryland may drive in Florida. The same rules that are applicable in Maryland are also applicable in Florida.
