If your company doesn't give you your W2 by Jan 30th what do you do?

Employers are normally required to deliver or mail/postmark employee copies of W-2 forms by January 31, 2010. However, since the 31st falls on a Sunday in 2010, the IRS has made Monday, February 1 the deadline.

There is a penalty to employers - usually only $50 per W2 or so.

Contact the company and ask them for a copy failing in this then you should contact your local IRS and ask them if they can help you with this matter.
