Most likely.
the male will have to go where she is
Through some kind of family inclusion of the girlfriend, the mother of the boy can gain custody. An option could be adoption.
no u dont once she has permission of 1
As unfortunate as this may be it is possible for the father to get custody of the baby, but not full custody unless the mother is proven unfit. Because reguardless of what happened between the couple the father is still the father of the child, and the father still has his rights as a father to be a part of his child's life.
Who has custody?
As always with custody you have to go to court if you and the other parent can not agree.
You can still apply for sole custody, but you would not be awarded custody unless you are able to demonstrate, at the least, that you are financially capable of supporting that child. You should also be able to demonstrate that you will take better care of the child than the other parent. If not, there would not seem to be any basis to award you sole custody. But if the other parent is incompetent in some way, then a legal basis would exist. If both parents turn out to be incompetent then the child can become a ward of the state.
In America, a man will win custody of children when it is shown that the woman is somehow incompetent, a drug user, or violent. It does happen even though it might not seem that frequent.
Well, You could just give her sole custody, wait, and then get her to give you sole custody. I am just guessing
Yes, but child custody can not be finalized.
If the mom has custody. If they have to split custody then no she doesn't.
