If your vehicle was towed to an out of state auction and you had it reinstated and released for pick up but can't afford to go to the location out of state is the finance co obligated to tow it back?

You can try but i don't think the lender will pay to bring it back.Ask them or ask the repo guy if you can get a ride with him the next time he takes a car to the auction site.
