Typically, no. If you like, you can pursue emancipation. However, unless you are working and providing for yourself, it is doubtful you'll succeed. 16 or 17 is a more realistic age.

If you must, consult with a school guidance counselor, or an attorney, to learn of what options a person in your situation has in your State and locality. But short of real and demonstrable abuse, you should probably just try and patch things up with your parents.
