In a 2 lane road divided by solid yellow line moving in the same direction you have to enter the right ln to park when a car suddenly bump onto your front passenger door.Who is at fault in this case?

If you are travelling on the main rd, not attempting to park or change lanes then the other vehicle is At Fault. Depending upon the state, and where they were coming from the violated vehicle entering roadway from a place other than another roadway / careless driving / encroachment. From the way your question is worded, it sounds like you are in a country where vehicles stay in the left hand lane of a two-way road. Since I don't know what country you are in, I don't know all your traffic laws, but it seems logical to assume that you were entering a lane of oncoming traffic to reach the parking space and I can't think of any reason that you would not be at fault in this situation.
