You should love your potential partner enough to not want to saddle them with the burden of your addiction if you have one.
6. When he is in a sane and sober state of mind. If he is intoxicated or high at the time he decides to get married, or his partner is in that state of mind, he should wait. While in most places, drunken couples won't be allowed to instantly marry, it can happen in places like Las Vegas. There are songs about being married to people and not even knowing their name. So you don't want to end up like that or marrying anyone while under the influence of chemicals.
