In California, it is legal for a neighbor to have a camera pointed at your house as long as it is on their property and not intruding on your privacy, such as filming inside your home.
I'm pretty sure it isn't, but I think that's just weird. You might want to inform the police or something.
In most cases, it is legal for your neighbor to point a camera at your house as long as it is on their property and not invading your privacy. However, there are laws that protect your privacy, so if you feel uncomfortable or believe your privacy is being violated, you may want to consult with a legal professional.
Get a security camera, a silent security system, or a watchful friend.

Try to make a path of squirrel feed to your neighbor's to your house. But it dose matter how far you are from the house.
I'm not her neighbor but her neighbors said that, if you're her neighbor you can have a coffee with her and she can go to your house
In your neighbor's house.
Don't answer personal questions. Look around for any adult neighbor who is outside and instead of going to your house, go to the neighbor-- but don't go inside their house either. Instead, tell the neighbor a stranger is bothering you. Ask the neighbor to call the police and call your parents.
If you can catch them in the act, like with a video camera, then you can go to the police and have them charged with larceny...unless they took it out of your house which is robbery and breaking and entering and if they do it at night in your house its burglary...pretty much if i were you i would try to hide somewhere and catch them on camera.
If your neighbor is outside of the house at the moment, find your neighbor in your town and talk to him/her. If he/she is in the house, then go inside and talk to him/her.
Well, somewhere near my house.
of course not
