5etools is a fan-made website that compiles information from Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition rulebooks. While Wizards of the Coast, the company that owns DD, has not officially endorsed or condemned the use of 5etools, it is generally considered legal to use for personal gameplay as long as you own the official rulebooks. However, distributing or selling content from 5etools may infringe on copyright laws.
Unfortunately, the rulebooks themselves are not available online through legal channels.
No it is 100% legal to do.
No. There are cards in the duel decks that are not standard tournament legal.
You could make one, but the bigger question would be, would you get legal action taken up against you for it? You'd need the permission of the owners of the Dungeons and Dragons game in order to make a website for playing the game. They actually already have their own website, http://www.wizards.com , and have all the material players need there. Though, in answer to your question, you could make a chat site where text based role play, much like Dungeons and Dragons, though, you'd need Wizards Of The Coast's permission to actually create a site with all the systems and sheets and such spun into it.There are already many sites that allow this, so you don't really need to make your own. Meetup has groups in many areas, and you could see what software or website they use. There are also more generic sites like RPOL that allow play in any of the d20 premade or homebrew systems, and places to post a game or join a game if you don't already have a party.
If it is the authority would have to sueue alot of people because youtube is crawling with gameplay vids. sorry but i dont know the solid answer :-(
Yes, bearded dragons are legal to own as pets in Kansas. They are considered non-native reptiles and do not fall under the state's restrictions on exotic animals. However, it's always a good idea to check local ordinances or regulations, as they can vary by city or county. Responsible ownership and proper care are essential for their well-being.

The most common legal highs available in the USA right now are cannabis (herbal) for example 'spice herbal smoke', herbal energy pills and herbal highs such as flying dragons.
Slifer's ATK and DEF is X000 where X is the number of cards in its controller's hand. So if you have five cards in hand, Slifer is 5000/5000. The non game-legal print has no effect text so doesn't explain this, but the game-legal version does.
Buying gold in World of Warcraft is against the rules of the game, therefore we cannot help you with where to buy gold. If you need gold, try running some dungeons, playing the auction house, doing professions and other stuff in-game that is legal.
WikiAnswers respects copyrighting laws and does not support the free downloading or uploading of material that breaks these laws. The only legal location to acquire free e-books is through your local public library.
Sounds like you're playing a ROM hack, in which case they're patchy and unreliable and sometimes miss out important aspects of gameplay like, oh say, THE WHISTLE. You can sort this out by either buying the actual game like is legal, or by using a newer patch of the ROM, which is more likely to have fixed any missing whistles or other parts of gameplay that you can't survive without.
