I may be wrong on this but - I do not think that a company that is legally registered as a "corporation" can be considered a solely-owned entreprise. Therefore - the owner cannot be "self-employed." Even privately-held corporations must have a certain number of 'officers' in order to satisfy the state's laws of incorporation.
