Yes, death row is a process that usually takes around a decade, on average. On rare occasions, there are wrongful convictions, sending innocent men to prison. In turn, when someone is sentenced, especially with something as serious as execution, they have chances to appeal, but most always, the judge continues to find their punishment correct. If he does not succeed on his appeals, it will be a few years before we hear about Scott Peterson's last supper.
Unless he aquired it in prison then no, he does not.
It say's online, that he is in the San Quentin State Prison //Peterson awaits execution at San Quentin, just north of San Francisco, CA. San Quentin is the state's only site to carry out state ordered executions. Each state has but one prison that does it's exections (in states that have a death penalty). An example is Huntsville, TX. For condemed female inmates, they are brought to Huntsville shortly before their DOE (date of execution) from a women's prision.
Scott Peterson was convicted of killing his wife Lacey and their unborn son in 2002. He was sentenced to death by lethal injection in 2005, and currently resides at San Quentin State Prison.
The prison guards. Because he is on death row, he is in a safer environment. He has a lone cell where is spends most of his days and nights.
There are different people that process new prisioners but I have found no way to access that empolyee information.

There is no way of knowing. California has not executed a prisoner in years and there has been talk of getting rid of the death penalty entirely. If that does not happen it could still be years before Peterson receives a DOE (date of execution). He has the appeals process that takes years to exhaust which is madatory for every death sentence.
