The question can be understood in a number of ways so I shall try to answer all interpretations of it. All individuals whether male or female and over the age of puberty are capable of achieving orgasm - roughly defined as that feeling of fulfilment which comes at the end of sexual activity when you feel a kind of 'closure'. With males there is usually ejaculation which accompanies orgasm but sometimes the two acts - ejaculation and orgasm - don't take place at the same moment. It has been suggested that females also 'ejaculate' but it may in fact be something which is promoted by certain porno sites. It certainly does not happen with the same frequency as a man's. If the person asking the question is 15 years old and is female and worried about her ability to achieve orgasm during love-making then most 'authorities' in this matter would suggest getting to know your own body first and achieving orgasm through your own actions first and then trying with a partner. Once you know what it is that you are looking from it will probably be a question of technique. Please come back and ask any other questions if the above is unclear.
