No. It is not the same as the US Mail. Fax machines are oftentimes located in office settings and the incoming messages are not in any way confidential. The person sending the fax has absolutely no idea who is going to be on the receiving end.

If you do not have permission to check or go through someone else's mail in their mailbox (such as checking their mail for them if they are on vacation), it is a federal offense investigated and prosecuted by the Postal Inspection Service. Is it a federal offense to go into someone else's email if it is a company account?

It depends upon how they accessed it. If the reader is an employer, or a teacher of the individual, you have basically given them permission to read it. If you left your email open, then there is not going to be any liability. However, if they broke into your email account, they could be charged with some Federal crimes. Can you someone elses thoughts?

No, you cannot directly access or read someone else's thoughts. Thoughts are private and subjective experiences that occur within an individual's mind. However, you can often infer what someone might be thinking or feeling based on their behavior, body language, and verbal communication. Empathy and active listening can also help you understand another person's perspective better.

Is god actually a manitee?

No. I have never seen God but I do not believe that he is a manitee. There has to be something seriously wrong with someone who would ask that question, no offense. If you read the Bible, you should know that it says nothing about God being a manitee.
