You have answered this yourself, but to clarify, if your state has 15 as its consent age for whichever sex you are (some states have different ages for males and females or for straight or homosexual sex) then you are 15 so yes you can have sex with an 18 year old. You can have sex with a 100 year old but that's up to you and the other. I wouldn't advise it Lol.

The age of consent in Colorado is 17, however there exists in the legislation close in age exceptions which allow those aged 15 and 16 to engage in acts with those less than ten years older and those less than 15 to engage in acts with those less than four years older. However a 17-year-old can not legally consent to person that is in position of trust.

No, there are no laws about what age you have to be to date, so it is legal. There are laws about sexual activity and depending on the state, this is probably not an issue either. In most places you have to be at least 16 to consent, if not 17 or 18.
