In the states of Florida and Georgia the answer is no. It's not illegal . However you insurance ( required in ga) probably won't pay for an accident if they found out that you were found at the scene of the crash shirtless. Don't be stupid wear all of you riding gear all the time . You should have asked " is it Colleen if I put my bare chest to a belt sander ?" the effect is the same.

No. Or at least, not anywhere in the U.S. or Canada that the members have ever discovered--with the exception of the very few places where just being on public property shirtless is prohibited, no matter what you're doing.

That depends on your gender. Since women are not allowed to show their breasts in almost every US state, it is illegal for women. If you are a man, unless the authorities in your region have created such a bylaw, or it still exists from a long time ago, it is legal.

The act of driving without a shirt on isn't illegal in and of itself. However, women kinda get the short end here, because they can be cited for indecent exposure if they do that. Men aren't subject to it, even if they've grown moobs.
