If you condone people breaking the law then by all means go ahead and warn them, support a criminal. The person that you flash to slow down may be someone that will speed up after they pass the officer and kill themselves or another. It says "Speed Limit." not "speed suggestion." As a first responder I have seen too many people hurt or killed because of not obeying the speed limit.
