Yes, you can marry a first cousin in South Africa.

Marriage is prohibited between persons related to a common ancestor if one of them is related in the first degree to that common ancestor. Marriage is thus forbidden between brother and sister, uncle and niece, aunt and nephew, and so on. It is not forbidden between cousins.
