Yes. As long as it is on your property and not shooting at anyone else's property.
It's not legal.
If you only shoot your property, on your property you will be fine.
Yes because it is the state of New York's property. If you have permission from New York you may.
18 in the US.
i would hope so. but the general answer to that question would be NO i believe.
Yes, it is, as long as you have something to shoot at. New York State Law says that it is legal to shoot arrows in a backyard as long as they are manufactured by these certified brands: Lil' Sioux, Easton, Arthur Outdoors, and Talon USA.
yes because i am ten and this guy let us play paintball at a place
There is no place in the US that requires a permit/license for paintball markers.
There are over 74 paintball fields in New York. Some close ones would be Coopers Cave, Crazy Paint, and GRC paintball. For a full directory of paintball fields try going to http://www.pbreview.com/fields/34/.
For the most part yes but still can be a gray area. In order to transport it by car you must have an empty tank, and have it, the marker and paint separate. As always, don't use it in public areas that are not designated paintball fields.
Anywhere it is legal. Your local police and gun shop can help you.
its a marker, not a gun. So technically if there are gun laws they don't apply to paintball markers. Now if there were laws against painting, then no you couldn't. But then again the paintballs have biodegradeable stuff in them and are not considered paint. Are you trying to ask if you can expel dishsoap in your yard with a dishsoap marker? That's what it sounds like to me.
