FT in CBSE means Failed in Theory. Certain paper results are shown clubbing the marks achieved in theory as well as practical. If in case the candidate cleared the practical exam but failed in theory paper, then FT will appear in front of that subject. The total mark scored may be more then the agreegate percentage required to pass the subject, but then also FT can be there since the student was unable to clear the Theory paper.
If you want a diploma or the like, you would have to pass the Grade 8 practical exam, and the Grade 6 theory exam. Then you would have to complete other exams/tasks. If you contact abrsm they will be able to give you more information.

Don't do studying by time. Before a theory exam (or any exam) you should do a practice/mock exam. This will get you ready for what is to come.
