It is illegal for a 20 year old man to have to sex with a 15 year old girl. so if you consider illegal to be wrong, then yes, it is wrong. There's such a huge gap in maturity between a 15 year old and a 20 year old. I would not allow my daughter to date a 20 year old.

There are no laws for dating so that is up to your parents to decide. There are laws for sex so that is something you need to look up since unless there is a close in age exemption, sex between you two is illegal.

But in the United States you will have to be over the age of 18 to date someone that is older than 18. I don't make the rules. The government does.
