They will be subject to new criminal charges when captured and returned, and those charges (if proven) will, in all likliehood, be added to his original sentence. If he was free on bail when he fled, he will not only have the law looking for him, his bailbondsman's "bounty hunters" will be looking for him also. Bailbondsmen HATE to lose their money!!
