The Night Stalker, aka Richard Rameriz, will spend the rest of his days in a California prison. Most commonly recoginized as the killer with the pentagram drawn on his palm, Ramirez is a self-proclaimed Satan worshiper that terrorized the Los Angeles area in the 1970's. Unfortunately for the taxpayer Ramirez is alive and well and has since married although there is no hope that he will ever be released from prison.
