It depends on a lot of things. If the US citizen has past convictions, that doesn't matter. If the alien has past convictions, that can make a big difference, however. Nobody becomes eligible for citizenship by getting married. They do become eligible for a greencard. That does not mean that they'll actually get the greencard, though. The citizen spouse has to sponsor the alien. The process is long and costly. Once the alien gets the greencard, s/he can apply for citizenship after three years, but it is not a guarantee that s/he will get it. no it cant.you are your own person his conviction are not about you good luck Ih the petitioner with the convictions has served his time and has been cleared from all his dues, then he is still eligible for petitioning somebody. But there is a big chance that the immigration officer will ask a lot of questions and will be most likely put on Admisnitrative Review. If the petitioner has minor convictions, the chances of petitioning somebody is higher but if the petitioner had major convictions like spousal abuse, murder, etc, it would be a really really hard rocess. He will definitely need a lawyer.
I'm not sure of his cultural background, but if somebody answers it that would be great. I'm actually doing a project on him.

Office jobs and jobs in which do not interest you are not advised for somebody with adhd, and in applying for a job you will have to tell them you have ADHD, which may affect the outcome of whether or not you get the job.
Yes, is somebody was born in England that they are British. Hope this help. :] Another view: That depends, being born within borders does not automatically mean citizenship. If two Eskimos are visiting England, and their child is born there, that does not make the child British. If they moved there, and established residency, then the child may be British. Being born in Israel does not make me Israeli, or Jewish, or Muslim. My parents, and my heritage is Chinese, I am Chinese too. Some countries grant or offer citizenship if one happens to be born there, but not all.
