Yes, there are several serial killers who have children. Keith Jesperson to name one, (more commonly known as "the happy face killer"). In fact one of his daughters was recently on Oprah talking about her father and the book she wrote about him, "Shattered Silence: The Untold Story of a Serial Killer's Daughter" By Melissa G. Moore and M. Bridget Cook.

John Wayne Gacy had a son and daughter.

Gary Ridgeway, the "Green River Killer" has a son.

Dennis Rader, aka "BTK" has a son and a daughter.

Herb Baumeister lived with his wife and three children on an estate called "Fox Hollow Farm" outside of Indianapolis. He was never apprehended because he committed suicide when he felt that he would soon be apprehended. After his death, authorities identified the remains of at least 11 bodies on the estate. Baumeister is suspected of the murder of seven other men whose bodies had been found along Interstate 70.

I could find none, and there is a good reason why not. Serial murder is not about revenge, it's about power and control, usually with underlying connotations of sex. Heterosexual serial killers choose women, homosexual serial killers choose persons of their own sex. If a pedephile is killed by a serial killer it will not be because of his crimes against children, it will be because the killer for whatever reason was attracted to him.
