I didnt think that was legal? WELL.. first off i think you should tell the wife of the married man. She deserves to know her husbands cheating on her. If you already tried to talk to your daughter, then talk to a lawyer and ask if theres anything you could do, like get a restraining order or anything for that matter. I know its not much of an answer but im just trying to help. The 28 year old man should be ashamed, taking control of a girl half his age. Hope i helped in any way. Good Luck.

You want to find out your daughter will turn 17 in January and she you live in Texas she wants to move to Houston with her boyfriend and her little son Is there anything you can do to stop that?

No there isn't anything that you can do to stop that. She legally became an adult when she had the child. The only thing you could try, and I'm NOT suggesting this, is to try to prove her to be an unfit parent and force her back to you. Buy legally you can't do didilly squat. Can your step parent legally keep your possessions from you when you move out?

Depends. Are you 18 or older? If you're 18 or older, then anything you've bought is legally yours. Anything you did NOT buy, such as a Christmas gift, is legally theirs. But if you're under 18 years old, then everything regardless of who bought them, belong to your parents.
