However, there have been numerous reported alien abduction cases that have been purported by previously trusted individuals such as police and military personnel. There have been several abduction cases with multiple witnesses as well.

Probably....... It's hard to tell if "Victor", (that's the guy who released the video) was trying to pull of a hoax to get attention or if he was serious it looks sort of real to me but you can't really tell because of good makeup and special effects we have today......

There's no hard evidence one way or the other. It's certainly reasonable to suppose that we are not the only intelligent life in the entire universe, but it's much less reasonable to suppose that they've ever visited Earth.
