i am not from NJ but i know that in most countries e.g. London etc children are not allowed to sit in the front at the age of 1 - 8 because it can be dangerous and most children open the handle of the door car and and be dangerous and this situation will be discussed by parents and also be charged alot of money e.g. 500 pounds
