I was thinking of calling an eldercare lawyer for free consultation on what to do or can be done if a sibling has full control over Mom and what if Mom passed the sound of mind test then my half sister same mother different fathers got her to sign everything over to her and then soon later on drove her crazy with abuse and then next sister admits Mom to a nursing home, what can we do when everything my Mom hears from or does like even if a elder lawyer called from me requesting one to do so, she will tell my sister because she is so tormented and threatened by my sister that she wont help her any more and that's how come Mom gives into my half sister all the time. so there we are back to square one. so how on earth can me and my other sister contest a will if it came to that.

Usually there are steps to be followed before the estate is finally settled. Depending on the state, there is an ending date, which might be a year later. There is also an extended period of time for bills to be presented to the estate for payment. The thing to do is to wait, offer any help or documentation if you have it, and wait some more until the estate is settled. Becoming an issue with the executor certainly will not speed things up.
