Silicone can remain sticky if it is not fully cured or if it has been contaminated with moisture or other substances. Make sure to allow enough time for the silicone to fully cure and avoid contact with moisture or other materials that could affect its texture.
If you put dryer sheetes in your shoes overnight or until you life your results. Also if this doesn't work for you, put newspapers in your shoes. It soaks up the sweat and bacteria in your shoes. Maybe your feet could be the problem so you could put some baby powder on your feet once or twice a day. Also, get a deoderant just for your feet and put that on once or twice a day.
