To whom this may concern: I am from Phoenix Arizona I'm trying to get a Judicial Release form. I was a Co-Signer on a vehicle for (6) years. The person paid off the loan in Aug. 11. But, since we are not talking he will not go down to out State DMV office & remove my name from the title.
I tried myself to remove my name from this title & our DMV office said the person paying the loan off is the only person who can remove my name from the title. Which he will not do.
I just want to not be held responsible if something should happen.
I was told I need to get a Judical release form fill it out & get it notarized.
Please advise!
Thank You!
