well it depends if he wants to kiss you? if he does then in guss it is fine. most parents will always say "your to young" but they cant rely stop you just dont tell them if you do kiss someone.

They can, but I would recommend to wait until at least 13. But that's only my opinion on it. If you want to, you have your parents' permission and the other people is ok with it, then sure. But keep in mind you might regret it; a first kiss is a big deal.

I got my first kiss when I was 11, but I don't recommend it. When you're so young and immature, you can't really cherish your first kiss. But your first kiss isn't really as special or as important as things down the line, like loosing your virginity. You should definatly wait to do that.
