No. Junk food does not in any way affect minors. They should watch what they eat, but different bodies need more energy, so we shouldn't make it a legal thing I'm in the fifth grade and I have the highest grade point average - but I don't consider soda, Doritos, and chocolate chip ice cream my enemies! However, there are many restrictions on candy for different reasons (Diabetes, high blood sugar, brain dissorderd that turn candy into hyperactivity, etc.), so I do agree that junk food isn't for everyone. But as far as I'm concerned, junk food tastes good in moderation, and I'm healthy, so making it illegeal is really extravagant.
