I feel yes because teens in this day and age are to immature and in to much of a hurry to grow up. Although it will present its issues teens drive like wild animals on the road, given all the techie stuff many teens also text while behind the wheel causing them to take their eye of the road endangering the lives of not only them selves but everyone on the road around them. Many teens also blare their music while some are victim to peer presure.
