These are known as competency based interviews. In this type of interview the recruiter asks you questions about where you have shown examples of the competencies they are looking for in any particular job. A fairly typical list of competencies might look like this (you need to pick the ones most relevant to the job you are applying for)
The interviewer will ask for example, 'could you tell me about a time where you had to work as part of a team, and how you did that?'
You should make sure before the interview you have done your research and have examples of where you have shown each competency. To answer the question you should use the CAR format.
C = context - What was the situation
A= Action - What did you do
R = Result - what happened as a result of the action that you took

In my previous role as a project coordinator, we faced a significant delay due to a vendor missing a critical deadline, jeopardizing the entire project timeline. I quickly organized a meeting with the vendor to understand the root cause of the delay and collaborated with them to develop a revised schedule that included additional resources. By reallocating tasks within our team and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, we were able to complete the project just one week behind the original schedule. This experience reinforced the importance of adaptability and proactive communication in problem-solving.

If you will tell us what the problem is, with the Ford focus, then perhaps someone will have the answer for you. I can give no guarantee.
Rather depends on what your problem is. Can you actually access the internet, or is there a connection problem? Do your mails not get sent, or do they just not arrive? You need to tell us what the actual problem is.
It depends on the actual problem. If you tell us the problem, then we can give you a solution.
You will have to tell us a bit more about your problem before we can give you an answer. Please post below and explain your problem. Thanks
