True, what's legal is not always ethical. One of the biggest cases of this is lying--in either a personal or business sense. It's not illegal to lie to a friend or boss, but it is unethical. If a company makes a product that is legal but harmful (such as cigarettes, for example) the company is not legally required to stop production, but some people may believe that it should be ethically required to stop.
