LAKE CO SAYS THAT FORT WAYNE HAS TO TAKE HIM TO LAKE CO AND FORT WAYNE SAYS LAKE CO WILL COME GET HIM. WHAT IF NEITHER COUNTY WILL TAKE HIM OR WILL COME GET HIM? HOW LONG CAN FORT WAYNE KEEP HIM?
