When you are sentenced here you leave the courthouse/jail and go to Justice Sanctions. They attach the bracelet and send you home with your electronic monitoring box. Usually it has to be linked to what they call a POTS line (plain old telephone service: meaning no voicemail, call waiting, ect.) You call Justice Sanctions and notify them you connected it and bam. Welcome to your life indoors.
