Manson is a complex person and it's hard to sum him up in a limited space. Manson was a product of extreme abuse. He truly was unloved and unwanted for most of his young life. He is a small man (5ft 2in) trying to fit into a big world. From a young age he showed hostility and rage toward himself and his fellow man. He used his incarcerations to better his criminal activities and practice his manipulation skills on the weak and unaware.

He has been diagnosed with APD (anti-social peronality disorder) with episodes of psychotic behavior. Certainly not a man you want to invite into your home. Although not to forget what he has done, and not to forget that he is extremely dangerous, but to pity him, just a little.
