The power of the mind can mean a couple of things.

One of them is the 6th sense, the ability to perceive things others cannot normally perceive.

Another thing it could be is " mind over matter." This means you can think something so strong or so much that you trick your body into making it happen. Like if it's hot you put on a sweater and think it's cold so much, that you make your body think its cold

There other things "mind over matter" can apply to, like you are dreaming and get cut in the dream and you wake up cut.
